MEET OUR TEAM


Clive Price Clive Price is the Managing Director of The Peer Group.Clive has a BA (Econ) from Wits University and a Post Graduate Degree in Learning Psychology from London University. He is also a registered Personnel Practitioner and a Fellow of the Institute of Training Management South Africa. He has tremendous experience in his field of social and behavioral skills and is regarded as a superb facilitator and motivator. He pushes the boundaries of learning, and delegates from all over South Africa are seeing the ka-ching factor from The Peer Groups unique brand of training.The naughty chuckle in his eyes is perhaps typical of an entrepreneurial thinker, for whom every encounter is imbued with a thousand possible meanings.

Bontle Motshwane Bontle Motshwane is The Peer Group’s living ambassador. She has risen through the ranks and from January 2012 she has been appointed as TPG’s General Manager. Bontle is friendly, courteous and does whatever it takes to get the job done, effectively and efficiently. She goes the extra miles to ensure complete Customer Satisfaction and she is a living example of doing the right things right. Bontle’s primary responsibilities, in addition to Customer Care are managing our skilled group of trainers, ensuring budgets are met and dealing with the multitude of daily enquiries.

Errol van der Merwe Errol van der Merwe is a sales performance specialist who facilitates and trains for The Peer Group. Errol’s business career includes extensive management experience and high value sales at boardroom level with many of SA’s leading companies and a number of African Governments.He focuses on helping front line and sales teams and individuals improve their performance and believes that integrity, dignity, credibility are key differentiators in the success of individuals and organizations. Rodney NwambaRodney Nwamba has 23 years experience in training, marketing and HR Management. Rodney has had vast personal experience in the business world in the fields of marketing, human resources and training. He is very serious when it comes to ensuring his learners reach their full potential.B. Tech ‘ HRD from UNISA; Diploma ‘ Personnel Management from IPM and member of SABPP

Kirsty   McKuneRay Patterson is a dynamic presenter. He has successfully held positions of General Accounts Salesman, Key Accounts Salesman, Sales Manager, Sales Director and Group Managing Director in a few different companies.

Everything that Ray talks about when delivering his presentations comes from personal experience and he has the unique ability of being able to understand Salespeople’s needs and wants.

Kirsty   McKuneMemory Muza is passionate about people development and has eight years experience in sales, sales management and public relations in the IT, Manufacturing and Tourism & Event Management industries.
Her knowledge both theoretical & practical makes her interaction with delegates, so much more substantial.
In a nutshell Memory empowers her learners to take responsibility for their own goals and career aims.

Mike  MacfarlaneMike Macfarlane has 25 year experience in helping companies improve their productivity through training. Mike qualified at Wits and the Johannesburg College of Education and is also a registered practitioner with S.A.B.P.P. Our clients enjoy Mike’s methodical approach to all training projects and the way he strictly monitors the results of his training.He is passionate about making the “lights come on” for all his learners Petri  GilbertPetri Gilbert is a dynamic trainer and represents The Peer Group in the Western Cape. Petri specializes in Customer Care, Presentation Skills, Sales Skills and Receptionist Training.

His knowledge of skills development is deep and broad and he is passionate about helping companies grow their people and their revenue.He shines with enthusiasm and goes to great lengths to exceed his clients’ expectations.


Rodgers SibanyaRodgers Sibanda is an accredited Peer Facilitator. Rodgers has vast experience in Peer Training.He is licensed to open new Peer Groups within companies. Peer Training is a system of training that is run in South Africa under licence to Cy Charney & Associates.

His passion is training and developing people. This is demonstrated by the many successful Peer Training programmes he has facilitated.

He is a man who believes that actions speak louder than words.

Reg  WilkinsReg Wilkins is an accredited Peer Facilitator.

Reg is an accomplished trainer and focuses on companies in the motor trade. His successful track record speaks for itself. Reg specializes in Customer Care and Professional Sales Skills.

He has worked in top line management positions for many years and his training is peppered with anecdotes of real life experiences.


Richard SaundersRichard Sanders specializes in the facilitation of Sales Management and Leadership Skills and has 20 years corporate experience. Our customers enjoy Richard’s “back to basics” approach and his kind, patient manner.

His training is spiced with anecdotal tips and techniques gleaned from his diverse experiences in the business world.

Diane SimpsonDiane Simpson is a Facilitator and Coach specialising in the area of performance. Her career began in Banking where she rose through the ranks at Investec. Her undergraduate studies were in marketing and commerce and she is currently completing a masters degree in Coaching and Mentoring.Diane has a passion for people and development and has facilitated, coached and mentored sales and leadership teams in a variety of industries from high-end financial institutions to pressured call centre environments.

Kirsty   McKuneLouise Rautenbach has worked in various industries such as Franchising, Food, Banking, Telecommunication and Corporate. Well groomed, articulate and engaging – she is able to inspire those who attend her courses, and she is very motivational. Fascinated by the pursuit of knowledge, she has studied through Unisa, Rau and various other institutes. An expert in Franchising and Human Resources, where her passion lies, as well as Communication, Project Management, Customer Care and Adult education which make her a gifted teacher.A mommy of Identical Twin girls and a son, she loves outdoors and Q-time with family and friends. Lance CarterLance Carter has 14 years of management experience at various levels (Junior, middle and senior management); most of which had a component of training in one form or another. Four years involved project and administration management and 2 years were in training management.

Lance is committed to Customer Service and the difference that it can make to the success and sustainability of a business as well as the difference it can make to the experience of all levels of customers, the economy and society itself.


Mark  SmithMark Smith is a corporate coach and facilitator with 15 years of hands on experience in the corporate world. He produces work of the highest quality and specializes in Professional Sales Skills and Customer Care. His style is informal with lots of humour and he puts his heart and soul into what he does.Mark’s passion is infectious. Linda  NtuliLinda Ntuli is passionate facilitator and motivational speaker, who specializes in Sales management, Leadership, Receptionist training, Presentation skills and Customer service.

Linda’s business career includes being a Maintenance Engineer, Sales Manager, Business Development and Key Account Manager with various companies.

Linda has authored a book: “Your destiny is calling, Make it happen”.

In his thought provoking and entertaining presentations, Linda helps people to: master change, rebound from failure, set goals, motivate themselves, take responsibility, think positively and above all make a difference.
